Sarcopenia Class

Sarcopenia patients generally lack muscle strength and endurance, and their decreased balance puts them at a higher risk of falls.

The exercise class led by professionals can closely monitor the participants’ conditions and vital signs, and customize exercises based on individual physical abilities to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Mobility Stick Class

The Mobility Stick exercise class targets office workers who are busy with work and life, leaving them little time for exercise, and consequently experiencing discomfort in various parts of the body.

This class aims to reactivate the body’s healing ability through the use of the mobility stick, increasing the flexibility and elasticity of stiff muscles, as well as improving range of motion and cardiopulmonary strength.

The class includes: 

  • Isometric contraction training
  • Joint mobility training
  • Muscle stretching training
