Exercises to Improve Metatarsal Pain

Transverse Arch Exercises

Fold a paper towel to the width of the thumb and place it under the third metatarsal. Hold onto a wall or chair and perform calf raises, holding for 15 seconds, perform 5 repetitions.

Strengthening the deep foot muscles

Place a towel or soft pad on the floor, keeping the heels and toes firmly on the ground, and actively raise the inner arch, holding for 10 seconds, doing 5 reps.
